I'm not familiar with your speaker, but if you can take the broken tweeter out, you will be able to replace it with a new one. The XL-26 tweeters just twist into a bracket from the inside of the box, I just removed the mid-bass driver to get my hand in there. Others take a screwdriver.
I would phone the number in this thread to order a new tweeter from Energy directly, I replaced both of mine in 5 minutes and a local authorized repair shop wanted $500 to do it. That's 10X the cost of the replacement parts.
