Hi, I am wondering how this should be hooked up to my receiver.  On my receiver I have a digital out for the subwoofer, but on the line in for my subwoofer I have a right and a left, which one should my cable plug into?

Buy a subwoofer Y-connector and plug it in to both left and right. This actually lets you not turn up the volume as high to acheive the same sound level.
