HI I just purchased a pair of RC-30's.. and I noticed that out of the box one was super glossy (finished with urethane, not the piano black gloss) and the other one was matte finish no shine at all just flat.

I contacted customer service and they sent another one out to me.. and this one is somewhat in between... let's say semi gloss?

I am very dissapointed in having to match these speakers up.... and I don't want to impose more shipping fee's on the merchant who sold them to me..

it's not so noticeable when they are 8 feet apart...but me knowing that they don't have the exact same finish upsets me..anyone with some suggestions

on what I should do.. or someone from Energy can help me out?

If your merchant sold you a factory-flawed product, then have it replaced with something 100% right.  Why would you adopt a "well you did it wrong twice but I only want you to fix it once" philosophy?  You paid good money, the product should be delivered in good form. 

I"ve advised our quality control people in Toronto of this. Will report back.
